Avantages
While the competitive salary and flexible scheduling are positive attributes, their impact is currently overshadowed by organizational instability. Flexible working hours provide a necessary degree of autonomy for staff; however, without a supportive culture and basic benefits, these perks primarily serve as a temporary relief rather than a long-term retention tool. To truly leverage these benefits, the company must pair them with a more stable, structured work environment that encourages employees to grow within the organization rather than using their flexibility to seek external opportunities.
Inconvénients
My experience with the company revealed several systemic issues that negatively impact employee morale and operational efficiency: 1. Onboarding & Development: The organization lacks a structured "learning curve" or training protocol. New hires are expected to be self-taught, which is exacerbated by poor turnover processes. 2. Organizational Structure: Roles are poorly defined, leading to "scope creep" where job descriptions change without notice. In my case, I was tasked with managerial responsibilities as a rank-and-file employee without the necessary transition or support. 3. Operational Deficiencies: The absence of basic corporate benefits (such as an HMO) and the requirement for employees to provide their own hardware (BYOD) without a clear system of work further undermines professional standards.
