Intuitive has grown rapidly in the past several years and seems as though it will continue that way. That has come with significant growing pains. Getting work done is sometimes the hardest part of the job. Process looks clean on paper, but is extremely messy in practice.
Much of middle management are brand new to the organization and in some teams/departments that makes it much harder to onboard new employees. Experiences will vary wildly depending on the department that you work for.
Work/life balance is a challenge. Late meetings are commonplace, as is reaching out to employees on PTO, and being asked to work remotely during PTO. Returning from a short vacation to a mountain of work is also recurring experience. Teams are lean with little redundancy.
As good as the pay is, the opportunities for career development and promotion seem to be limited. A documented year of high-performance and meeting all goals doesn't mean a good increase in salary will follow.
