They just bluff around No innovation from IDC in last 5 years. All are support work. No one moves to Google or Facebook from here. People escape to LinkedIn, Startups,Australia/Canada and for MS Marketing with lot of social media including Paid Great Place to Work For awards Invests more on social media gags than on improving the technical comptency Vendors are chosen based on relationship basis. One directors better halfs company is now a prominent vendor and they dont have to clear any interviews.
