      Too many small run jobs. Taking time away from bigger more important jobs.

      Very open to new processes, ideas & suggestions Top down inclusivity Friendly & helpful management, sales, art & customer service team

      Production workflow was somewhat scatter shot but has been and is continuing to be improved with new systems & equipment

      Avantages

      You get an hour for lunch. That is literally the only PRO. You get to escape for an hour a day.

      Inconvénients

      That company's entire existence. Mostly the entire staff in the front office area. They drive everyone out. Horrible, petty, brown nosing people.
