      high stress no praise unrealistic goals Rude environment upper management is absent no dependability no room for advancement no one owns up to mistakes (blames everyone but themselves)

      Avantages

      New owners improving the company everyday. Excited for the future of the company.

      Too many small run jobs. Taking time away from bigger more important jobs.

      Avantages

      You get an hour for lunch. That is literally the only PRO. You get to escape for an hour a day.

      Inconvénients

      That company's entire existence. Mostly the entire staff in the front office area. They drive everyone out. Horrible, petty, brown nosing people.
