Avantages

The other employees are great and do their best to keep things running smoothly even when management makes it difficult. The hours are very flexible.

Inconvénients

No training - new hires are basically expected to figure things out on their own Constant changing of policies that leads to confusion and disorganization Poor pay scales and no raises

Since then, we have implemented comprehensive training programs for new hires and have worked diligently to stabilize and clarify our policies to reduce confusion and improve efficiency. We have also made strides in addressing pay scales and offering better compensation. Your feedback was valuable. We are committed to continuously enhancing our processes and supporting our staff.
