Avantages
I don't believe the previous poster has ever worked at IMS, as (as far as I know) we don't take government contracts. Engineering isn't a required skill. Most of the employees here have either a high school or bachelor's degree.
Pros: Friendly work environment. Nice people. Understanding staff. Wonderful supervisors. Easy-going atmosphere. So-so upward-mobility. It feels like one big family at IMS, and they really care about their employees. I learned a lot about the industry during my time there. There's a quick transition from temp to full-employee.
Inconvénients
The salary isn't that fantastic. The upward mobility is only so-so. It takes time and luck to move up in the company. Many people get discouraged.
