      Decent pay previously good hours

      Inconvénients

      Micro managing unexplained cut hours being replaced treated as if useless by metro no contact with scheduling unless they need something from you unprofessional management no health insurance no work life balance intentional prevention of legal assistance by not firing you but wiping your schedule even if you pick up shifts list goes on

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
