Avantages
- As headline, the people make the day to day ok. - Sometimes there is down time. - Not constantly stressed. - Centrally Located for easy travel. - HR and Upper Management are good at what they do, they do try and make a difference with the limited Resource they have coming from their ow. Pockets....)
Inconvénients
- Out of the gate. The Pay..... some of the worst I've seen. Especially for Support Staff. Grossly below industry standards, like really under. 2018 type deal. - On Paper duties vs reality are well out of line too. Doing 1/2 Levels above pay grade work. - Weekends are required (Which I understand) - Late Shift Patterns (i also understand why) - Nearly 0 benefits to working here barr pay (if that's what they call it) - Some locations have issues with Class A being found laying around / being consumed / sold on premises. - Things being dropped out of Windows onto people. - Management (vague use of the term or lack of) - Massive Turn over for both Agent and Support Staff. - Company possibly going under. This would explain the Pay Freeze from 2018 or its willful choice. - Easily Replaceable in any role here.
