Avantages
The mangement really cares about employees. A lot of long time employees, some who have been there since the company started. Great culture-positive, striving to improve, growing. Two core values are happy employees and happy customers. While not everyone is always happy, the company does make an effort. Profit sharing, fully paid benefits, paid volunteer time off, fun outings, etc.
Inconvénients
It isnt a huge company, so there are not as many management opportunities as in larger companies. You have to be prepared to work hard, as it is fast paced and sometimes hectic, not a clock in, clock out type environment. They didn't always address low performers as quickly as they should have, gave some people too many chances who took advantage of the culture.
