Avantages
You get to work with a variety of technologies. VMWare, Windows Servers, Cisco Routers, Exchange, desktop support etc. 8-5 M-F. The location is in a good neighborhood. Pay was 50K. Both the owners are pretty nice guys and very fair. They generally want to take care of the customer. There is a steady stream of work coming in and they have a good ticketing and billing software. Decent insurance.
Inconvénients
They have a core group of people, the owners and a few others that run things and take care of the clients. All the other techs are expendable and turnover is high. The core group is very novice when it comes to their I.T. skill level, this sometimes creates problems. Senior level people and owners don't liked to be out shined.
