      Management doesn't give you enough time to learn and ask to directly start working on an ongoing project without any proper KT, if there is something wrong, they blame you for all the things

      Small company so limited health and retirement benefits. Travel fluctuates depending on role and clients. Significant uncertainty due to client contracts ending and beginning at various times with a small team.
