I could not be more grateful that I came across Integrity Learning Center a few years ago. I’ve truly found my place here and what I am passionate about. I’ve been given so many opportunities to grow within the company through promotions, etc. and am so grateful for everything Integrity has brought to my life. The kids I get to work with everyday truly make my days better and watching them grow is the most amazing thing. Truly the best place to work!

Compensation and benefits could be improved. It has already improved from when I started so I think we are on the right path! Integrity is very open to employee feedback and is constantly working to improve.

This company truly cares about their clients and employees. They are dedicated to providing the best care possible while providing a supportive work environment for all employees. They are invested in each employee and providing education needed to do the job better and to grow as a clinician and individual.

The only con is the demands of the job. We work with a difficult population that can be taxing. However, the company is aware of this and does their best to help.
