      Avantages

      I joined Integer Alpha in July 2018. The firm has a strong collaborative culture that encourages quality interaction between quants/technologists and traders. Get to work on exciting market problems, using quality tooling and robust trading infrastructure.

      Inconvénients

      If you are looking for the traditional Analyst -> Associate -> VP structure, this might not be the best route. The culture is meritocratic and results driven.

      Avantages

      * Traders and seniors are all passionate about teaching Interns. For example, I have no directly relevant background of finance, but I've learned a lot from them. And they would teach you from zero. All they care about is having a good learning attitude. * Have no hierarchy. The company has a very flat co structure. * Can totally have work-life balance. The company would not require you to work overtime. *Can immerse yourself in the first front tier of trading environment. *The company has Nintendo Switch to help employees to recharge themselves. *They also have the gym and swimming pool which are free to use.

      Inconvénients

      * The company would give you lots of freedom and would not look over you every minute, so if you have any questions toward the work, you need to be actively asking questions.
