Avantages
Remote work, Certifications used to be a plus but now, company asks for Bond. Feedbacks are heard as long as they have non monetary implications.
Inconvénients
Employee handbook is an amalgamation of bad polices from different companies. i) annual bonus. You won't get any bonus if you leave mid year or even one month before anniversary. ii) No sick leave. 18 Earned leave which are not paid during Full and Final Settlement. So, company neither allows employee to take leave during notice period nor pays it. iii) No wellness support ( Monitor, desk, chair etc.) iv) Management thinks that WFH is a favour given to employees and in turn expect them to work anytime client/onshore team wants without shift allowance. v) Internet allowance was introduced recently but is paid annually. Apparently, it's too much of operational overhead. vi) After resigning, one can expect multiple call regarding notice period extension. Company changed notice period from 3 months to 1 month during COVID which in not so distant future going to be reverted. vii) One may get illusion of more in-hand salary. This is because PF contribution is very low. viii) Benefits are below par. ix) no skip level connect with US Team. X) training bond that doesn't reduce over time and of larger duration compared to other companies. Xi) Missing proper corporate culture where HRs have strong and have other benefits.
