some departments are very interested in embracing the changing work environment others are very stuck in a "old girl's/boy's club" situation; fresh ideas are encouraged as important however lower/middle management seem very frightened of thinking outside the box; some people have been in the same positions for very long times ... which makes them very afraid of change and unable to see the bigger pictures; less opportunity in the regional offices compared to the large centres when with technology being what it is and advancements being made accordingly the hiring folks need to start looking outside of the "circle" for qualified employees;
