Terrible waste of my life - Avis employé Claims Representative Intact

Terrible run company. No regard for employees and their engagement. Told to sit down and shut up then voice concern over certain procedures. They only reward those who don't challenge managers. Very shady and understaffed. Management only cares about themselves and looking good. Won't return calls to unhappy customers. Lots of blame game.
