Most of the team were lovely to work with, the company really pushed to find a place for you to work best in. Overall this company is good as a starting point in insurance, but I wouldn’t call it a long term career option.

Treatment of employees really did seem like a popularity contest, if you were well liked you could get away with murder, but if you weren’t you would be berated for minor mistakes The severe lack of staff with no sign of any new staff did not help. The team dynamic really broke down with the addition of a certain individual who was rarely pulled up on their behaviour. There is minimal career progression opportunities within the company.
