      Avantages

      There is a real sense of community here that I have not seen at any other company. Everyone cares for everyone else and actively works to support each other towards achieving personal & company goals. There is a lot of work to be done (as with any growing company) but the work is very interesting and the quality of the staff is top-notch

      Inconvénients

      Not very many... If any at all.

      Avantages

      Want to be challenged? Want to test your limits? This is the place to do it. There's no rules. Complete chaos. Little managerial over site...Not for the timid, weak, or corporate cubicle dweller.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, low pay, clients can be a challenge to educate. Competitors are cut throat. Margins are low.

      Avantages

      I like how the company is problem-solving oriented. The CEO is super intelligent, business focused and always willing to help, not to mention he is super friendly. I think there's a lot of space to grow there and I envision an interesting future of its culture.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes I got a bit lost when understanding the clients and the companies expectations on certain details of the process. But it might've been a personal difficult of mine, not necessarily theirs.
