      Avantages

      Honestly, none that stood out enough to mention. I'm giving a single star just to put an review.

      Inconvénients

      The company reflects extremely poor management practices, along with an ineffective and unsupportive HR function. There is a clear lack of communication and no genuine willingness to hear an employee’s side. Decisions are taken unilaterally without discussion or clarification, and HR fails to act as a neutral or supportive bridge between employees and management. Professionalism and empathy toward employees are largely missing, making job security feel unreliable and uncertain. I would strongly advise future employees to think carefully before joining and to ensure they are comfortable working in such an environment.

      Avantages

      I have learnt a lot about designing here because we usually don't have much to sketch. Here I have been given the freedom to use my creative skills and explore different aspects of designing. The main reason of me sticking onto this job is that people here are very approachable.

      Inconvénients

      I occasionally get the work of sketching but apart from that I work as an Designer here.

      Avantages

      This company gives us an ocean of endless learning experience of the latest technologies and practices.

      Inconvénients

      The only con is that the company has a strict policy when it comes to taking a leave. But besides that, the company does allow some departments to work from home.
