      Avantages

      Had a great experience at Insight as an Industrial Design Intern. I was given a lot of responsibility and was able to learn and grow significantly in 3 months. The project work was very interesting and required the use of many different skill sets. The team was very supportive and accessible.

      Inconvénients

      Upper management wasn't tremendously involved in the day-to-day supervision of interns, but that is to be expected at a company of Insight's size / scale.

      Avantages

      Generally, everyone in the office was very smart and came from a variety of backgrounds. The collective amount of analytical power was astounding. My time at Insight was very educational, and I left inspired to improve.

      Inconvénients

      For a firm with less than 30 people, all of whom were intelligent, there was a surprising amount of childish politics. People would talk behind each others' backs, which resulted in fragmented trust. Problems were tucked under the rug; passive aggressiveness domineered communication streams.
