      It's ok , not a great stafffing firm. Very small presence in the washington DC area metro areea. Less flexibility in terms of salary negotiation.

      Inconvénients

      Not good management, Need to improve on client retention and willingness to work and resolve the isssues at cleint site.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
