I was contacted by Joe Zbikowski of Insight Global on a Wednesday morning. Joe had an opportunity to share with me and thought I would be a great fit. I granted permission for Joe to submit my RESUME and went back to work. Two hours later, I received a follow up call from Joe saying that the client loved my RESUME and wanted to schedule a phone interview after work that very day. The next morning, I received another follow up call from Joe and the client was impressed enough to take the next steps and schedule a Face to Face interview on Friday. The interview was scheduled, I was met by the Insight Global Account Manager, Joey Frampus, and introduced to the hiring manager. Friday night, I receive yet another follow up call from Joe that the feedback was good and the client wanted to know how soon I could start. Through the whole process, Insight Global made me feel important and both Joe and Joey treated me with respect instead of just a "piece of meat" that I have felt from other consulting companies...The follow up calls have not stopped since accepting and starting the new Job. Insight Global continues to make sure that I am successful. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience...
Inconvénients
There was not a single negative point in the whole process. Background check was scheduled immediately and Insight Global made sure they booked me for my Drug Test at the closest lab to my house.
