      Avantages

      The only pro is that i did get a job through them; working at Microsoft.

      Inconvénients

      Misrepresented the job description to me and misrepresented the level of my skills to the client. Made for a very bad fit.

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Inconvénients

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
