      Avantages

      Working at Insight Global, you create great relationships with everyone you meet whether it is with your co-workers, Account Managers or contractors! The ambition, dedication and drive of every employee is outstanding and it is very rare to come by in today's workplace.

      Inconvénients

      With working in the IT staffing field, it is a challenge to understand all the different terminology expected but with hard work and dedication it all pays off.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Inconvénients

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
