      I have been with the company for just over 1 year and couldn't imagine myself anywhere but here. This company is like no other I have ever worked for in the past. It is fast paced and competitive work enviornment that breathes successs. My favorite part about the company is that everyone you work with has been in your shoes and is willing to help. Once skill that I have adopted since I have been here a high sense of customer service. We pride ourselves in helping out ANYONE that calls in and always follow up with our clients. I would reccommend Insight Global to anyone who is looking to advance quickly within the company and enjoy the ride!!

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
