      I started my career with Insight Global after relocating after my graduation from Alabama. My family relocated to Houston, but I did not know anyone here. I have had a wonderful experience while here at Insight. I joined a team of wonderful coworkers that were so warm and welcoming from day 1. I work about individuals that I relate to and feel motivated while working next to. Knowing I knew no one, they immediately took me under their wing and showed me the ropes not only with the company but also this new city. I couldn't have asked for better coworkers. We celebrate the small things and are there for each other through the hardships.

      Inconvénients

      This career takes hardwork and dedication, but it's a career.

      Company has great relationships with employers to keep contractors in longer term contracts.

      Wish 401k match was better, especially for long term contractors.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
