      Avantages

      I have been working at Insight Global for 5 months now and my experience has been nothing but the best! I work with colleagues who are very supportive along with a very positive and supportive management team. Insight Global has given me so many opportunities that I never thought possible for a recent college graduate!

      Avantages

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Inconvénients

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
