      Avantages

      They have some strong pipelines that can get you in companies like Walmart or PayPal.

      Inconvénients

      They have no control or protection if the client decided to end the contract. No bench from another client. You get fired in 1 week. No paid holiday or sick day.

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
