      Avantages

      I enjoyed my customers, they appreciated me. Benefit package is good, but ONLY if you are there long-term.

      Inconvénients

      Not enough help, too much turnover. Too much time doing "seasonal employee" tasks to actually serve my full potential as agronomist to my customers. Applicators were not held accountable for their actions and mistakes. All leadership is men, no diversity.

      Avantages

      Flexible hours as long fuel is delivered and customers are satisfied. Decent pay, room to advance pay if you can successfully add more customers to your route. Good training and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Can end up delivering fuel in rugged, desolate locations.
