      Avantages

      Work from home - good work/life balance Good benefits Latest tech from Microsoft Some genuine and good, hard working people (if they are still there)

      Inconvénients

      No communication and collaboration between countries/regions (unhealthy internal competition) New organisational change led by clueless leaders Challenge status quo? not at Insight Nobody seems to be interested in following good/best practice Manual processes everywhere Dishonesty - ticket for career progression

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
