      Avantages

      Good camaraderie within teams, positive outlook, generally supportive management.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely sales focused, if you are not in the sales team it generally means you are not progressing. A general chasm exists between Sales and the "others", at least it did until 2014. Quite difficult to get promotions and bonus even if you are a high achiever.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
