The company encourages new ideas, and gives you the tools to grow. Honestly, it’s the kind of environment where you feel proud of the team you’re part of and who you work with. It may not always succeed at what it wants to do, but leadership is always willing to listen and talk to people. Our senior leaders are all approachable, and its more of a family. Also their AI adoption has been fantastic, we have access to Copilot, Claude, and Gemini and all have appropriate guardrails as well.

Front line management is typically very employee focused and tries to help. I had many opportunities to learn a new skill or expand my own knowledge of the business and where I could help.

Don't expect timely raises to go along with your work output. It's discouraging to consistently not get meaningful raises and yet they are pouring money into unproven income streams like AI and continue to make acquisitions all while the stock price and employee moral plummets with it.
