      At Inserm everyone is friendly and make you work very easily manageable.

      They need to incorporate few more rules and policies to make international feel more comfortable with the administration process

      Avantages

      Public french institute good for discovery research and fundamental sciences on many scientific subjects. Lots of students are interns there so they can learn and practice scientific techniques.

      Inconvénients

      As every public french institute, it is really difficult to have a permanent contract there. They don't have as much as private companies so they can be limited in their equipment.
