Avantages
If you agree with everyone, it's a tight-knit group that generally gets along well. The office space is also really nice (but parking is awful). Clients are wonderful, and there are some exciting projects.
Inconvénients
Despite talking a big talk about the importance of feedback, it's not really given in a productive way. In the time I was there, 3 employees were blindsided and let go without any discussion. The owner also often complained that entry level employees "only" put in 40 or 41 hours a week, but she never communicated that she expected anyone to put in extra time. In general, she comes across as entirely concerned with her business and what will be profitable. If she likes you, she also takes an interest in you. But if she doesn't, she can be aggressive. Both to your face and to the rest of the team once you've been dismissed.
