      Avantages

      Grassroot company with boutique attitude. Hiring process moved fairly swiftly though the recruiting firm is not knowledgeable.

      Inconvénients

      HR: benefits(pay is not market compatible) are horrible and HR staff is not knowledgeable. Very high turn-over rate, extremely high. PTO is less than half a day per pay (wth). A spin-off company from the parent company and the industry knowledge is less than sub-par.

      Avantages

      The management team was very helpful and attentive to all issues whether administrative or Technical challenges.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, when the contract came to an end they could not help me get another role.
