      Avantages

      I worked there for 4 years. Generally, a great company to work for. The product was life changing for people and while the process to obtain the unit via insurance could be slow-going and improved upon, the day-to-day work felt rewarding.

      Inconvénients

      Disorganization within the team Changes were made without immediate team notice. We would often find things out on the fly.

      Avantages

      - Great Team/Work Environment -Good Benefits and work/life balance -The best supervisors and team leads I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

      Inconvénients

      -Many hats to wear sometimes, can lead to not feeling as if you can become a true expert at a concentrated role. -Little room for growth unless you are changing departments -Used to be fully remote and then switched to 'Hybrid'.
