Prepare to be treated poorly - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Innova Recovery

Innova, on the outside, looks like an incredible place to work. Good benefits, constantly growing, fun Christmas parties. However, once you are there for more than a month, you start to realize how corrupt it is. This place needs to be under extreme investigation. Insurance fraud, underpaying employees, no training, unlawful accusations against employees. Personally, this place made me need intense therapy & my own IOP program to deal with the trauma. I have actual nightmares about the owner, Kasi, somehow finding out that I tell the truth about this place and her lashing out on me. DO NOT WORK HERE.
