      Terrible Management Culture. Does not feel like a start-up - Avis employé Technologist Innova Dynamics

      Avantages

      There were fun colleagues (non-managerial staff), free lunch was ok although it really is a bait for us to take 30 minute instead of 1 hour lunches. Decent benefits for a start-up.

      Inconvénients

      The success of the company will only benefit upper management. But isn't it supposed to be a start up? I was a temp-to-hire at the company for 3 months, felt like 2nd class citizens since other positions were recruited with instant benefits and relocation fee. I felt terrible because the little people's voice were never heard in a 30+ company. Why manage a start-up like a conglomerate?

      Avantages

      Great place to work, with amazing people.

      Inconvénients

      It's a hard-tech start-up with all the trials and tribulations associated therewith. Also, as the founder, my thoughts here are going to be inherently biased -- so I'll defer to others.

      Avantages

      Fast paced start up culture, free lunches and team building exercises, met some really awesome people through working here

      Inconvénients

      Under paid, bad work life balance, they took away free lunches, management not open to ideas from lower level employees
