Avantages

InnoVint has a strong work from home culture, which is uncommon in the wine industry. The product team is awesome, sleek UI/UX and good brand awareness.

Inconvénients

High churn in the sales department. The team is characterized by a fundamental lack of trust, heavy micromanagement, resulting in short tenures. The OTE is completely misguided, built on impossible quotas.

Avantages

Everyone at the company is very passionate about what they're doing no matter what department they're in. All positions are completely remote, but the company culture is warm, friendly, and team members enjoy getting together for "virtual happy hours", and occasional company sponsored retreats. The CEO is very big on employee empowerment, and making sure that everyone is set up for success.
