      Avantages

      No reason to work at the worst culture,Office politics is very high.

      Inconvénients

      No Stability at one project, they keeps on shifting. Hire and Fire Strategy. Salary gets credited very late. No Appreciation. Management only listens to some people,and these people only give good reviews of those who are in touch with them. HR System is at its worst.

      Avantages

      They hire freshers from college.

      Inconvénients

      From zero job security, to freshers grinding with low wages and dictatorship of that one leader(confused). You are treated as ball from one tech to another and mind washing is there expertise if you raise against this injustice.
