      Inconvénients

      Distributed team, but this is more an advantage than a disadvantage with expertise across Europe

      Avantages

      Working at Inlecom has given me the opportunity to meet an interesting bunch of researchers throughout Europe. Team work is essential and we all learn from each other.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes projects are too ambitious which can be demotivating.
