      Lack of diversity in middle management Senior management does not intervene when juniors are being treated poorly and talked down upon by managers Messy and lack of planning in terms of employees' career progression Pay and bonus is dismal, turnover rate is high Culture is lacking, despite a small team in SG, managers do not even like coming into office so lack of unity

      Avantages

      Prior to the Omnicom takeover, employees had monthly wellness days,every conceivable public holiday off plus a full week in August off for employee appreciation and then between Xmas and New years the offices were closed. Salaries were satisfactory. They did try to staff teams accordingly, only to have them taken away.

      Inconvénients

      vacation time and holiday time off is now downsized. Next to no remote employment. Back to office is 3 days and space in the offices is limited. Due to merger layoffs, more work for those who are left, and salaries are not as robust to lure new candidates. No warning on dept downsizing, they all say " I knew nothing"
