The purpose of the organisation and intention was great, they are a group of people genuinely wanting to do good in the world.

Inconvénients

Acquisition and growth strategy did not handle the people side of change well, and drove good employees to seek work elsewhere.

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
