We do not have a current employee in Dallas, Texas, which should help to identify this as fictitious. Five other fictitious posts recently also came from cities where we do not have employees and have now all of a sudden changed to Toronto. This is more than a little suspicious. As the CEO, I try to share as much as I can with the team monthly on our team meetings. It is not always good news and it is not always understood clearly by everyone on the team. I am open to questions or people reaching out for direct conversations and asking questions. I appreciate honest, constructive feedback and criticism but dislike lies and slander. If you are this unhappy, I sincerely wish you the best in finding a new role at another organization where you will find greater happiness.
As you call out above, you get to work with a great group of people, work on cool projects and you have fun interacting with your peers. Infront employees get to work remotely most of the time, meaning no commute and a better work/life balance, super casual work environment, flexibility for personal appointments, profit sharing when there are profits, great US health benefits, and little corporate bureaucracy. Great team leads, great projects with cutting edge technology and absolutely fabulous customers. We pay consultants to write proposals to ensure they are compensated for going above and beyond. We are not perfect, but we have demonstrated multiple times that we listen to our team and implement recommendations and changes they ask for.
