Avantages

Currently with a flexible client so a better environment.. if you are have been with the company long enuf, the mundane work will make you braindead and unfit for jobs at any other decent company.. in such a case you have no other option than to stick on with them... so it is more the inertia and lack of choice that would prevent a person from quitting at prime time
