- Good People - Great in knowledge sharing - Management used to be accessible and flexible -

Inconvénients

- Too many processes. Its good for a organization but after some time it creates sluggishness - > 100,000 employees. Very competitive. - Work/Life balance is inferior. You are expected to work extensive hours by default. - Top management is very risk averse - Conservative. - Expect promotion only if your manager is well connected.
