Avantages

As a consultant working for the company that makes the software (Informatica software), the clients give you more respect than consultants working from other firms You have all the top-notch learning tools at your disposal, along with access to very experienced professionals

Inconvénients

- Extremely high expectations from Clients, since you are working for the company that makes the software - The professional services (consulting) team wasn't that big at the time I worked there, so in any client engagement, you are probably only one of two or at most three people from Informatica - you don't really get to know your coworkers well, except for training classes or conventions
