If you participated in our most recent All Hands meeting on April 18th, you heard our new Chief Human Resources Officer, Maureen Brennan, state that one of her primary objectives is a renewed emphasis on career development and training. We already have launched an initiative to establish goals and objectives for each of us that roll up to the Company’s overall strategy. And soon we will be announcing our latest employee engagement survey so that we may understand what works for our people as well as where we can improve. As for rapid change, that sort of “goes with the territory” in high tech. While it can be disconcerting at times, we prefer to think that it makes our roles exciting and challenging.
