Avantages
Good teammates, lots of tools available.
Inconvénients
Infor claims to care for its employees but makes it hard for someone with a valid medical condition to request an accommodation. You have to jump through hoops — they will give an unsigned paper with lots of questions and in the end reject you. Meanwhile, they let remote employees work from home simply because they live far from the office, no questions asked, no process required. The double standard is frustrating, those who don't follow the rules has more output since naturally they have more time. They're constantly pushing innovation and hyping up AI, but then they cling to these outdated policies. What's the point of all these productivity tools if you're forcing people to waste time commuting to the office 3 times a week?
